It's the south, why can't I buy Tara in Apex, NC for under $100,000?

In 1982 when my parents broke the news that we were leaving the San Fransico Bay Area of California to move to Cary, NC, visions straight out of the movie Gone With The Wind danced in my head.  I pictured us moving into Tara, and dressing in long gowns complete with hoop skirts!

While you won't find Tara for sale in Wake County, or the surrounding areas, for less than $100,000.  You will find that overall homes in the Triangle area offer a great value!  Especially when you consider the Lifestyle that our location offers.
